1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between FLO Gebäudereinigung and its customers regarding cleaning services.

2. Contract Formation
A contract is formed when the customer books our services and we confirm the booking in writing.

3. Services
We provide cleaning services as per the agreed-upon terms in the offer or contract.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

• All prices are stated in Euros and include statutory VAT.
• Payment is due no later than 14 days after the invoice is issued.
• In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• For later cancellations, a fee of 50% of the agreed price will be charged.

6. Liability

• We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
• Liability for indirect damages is excluded.

7. Final Provisions

• The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
• The place of jurisdiction is Speyer.
